Government Stimulus tax incentives. From now on till the end of 2009 you
can get 30% of the selling price up to $1,500.00 off your 2009/10 tax return.
Some cities are also giving tax credits in the form of electrical utility bill
reductions. I believe Garland is giving $300.00. I read this weekend Plano is
offering up to $600.00.
These credits are for home improvements of Air Conditioning, Home
Insulation, or e-glass windows.
Check with your local and Federal Government for available documentation.
Also check with your Utility company and Tax consultant. These credits are
available thru 2009.
